Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Corvo FR gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it — including all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the safety nature of FR clothing, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@corvousa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please start a return for your original item and place a new order for the replacement.
